1. Free Shipping
MISTER® Coffee may offer at times free shipping. If we do, free shipping applies to all our products unless stated otherwise. Free shipping when offered applies only to the peninsular Malaysia, not including Sabah & Sarawak and Singapore. Shipping to other locations is quoted according to the carriers’ pricing.
2. Product Quality & Returns
You can return items in exchange of money back refund for a limited time as follows:
2.1 Coffee Returns
If we have made a mistake with your order, we will make it 100% right. Just contact us at email@example.com within 7 days from receiving the goods. We will correct the mistake right away and get you the right coffee.
2.2 Equipment and Non-Coffee Returns
If you are unsatisfied with any non-coffee items from MISTER® Coffee (equipment, gifts, etc.), you may return or exchange them unused in their original package for 14 days after purchase for 100% your money back given these exceptions:
- Before buying, please check the “Warranty” and “Terms” section on the product pages.
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return shipment.
- Refunds are awarded when the item is returned to the original vendor and it has been inspected.
3. Inaccurate Delivery Name or Address
MISTER® Coffee does not guarantee shipments with inaccurate or incomplete names or delivery address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide an accurate and complete name and delivery address.
4. Delivery Attempts
If a signature is required for a particular shipment, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the recipient will sign for delivery. MISTER® Coffee does not guarantee delivery of packages when the recipient is unavailable to sign for a package. The carrier’s driver may make repeated attempts to delivery. If all delivery attempts fail, the package may be returned to MISTER® Coffee. Most deliveries take place during business hours (08:30 – 17:30), subject to carriers’ practices.
